A new publication about the ancient view of Venice by Jacopo de' Barbari (16th century) is now on-line: Jacopo de' Barbari e le vedute di Venezia offers a digitised copy of the whole map, an archive of important journal articles on the subject, an archive of digitised primary sources (including maps, manuscripts and sketches), a high-quality guided tour through the most debated questions related to this document.
Our first virtual exhibition, Venice and the Sea, an historical analysis of the relationships between the Republic of Venice and the islands of the Levant, is now available on CD-ROM in a multilingual version with a new title, Venice and the Sea: click on order form and you can browse this publication from home, in off-line mode.
