Price and ordering information

Rates for submission of forms for guided searches

Service fee of Lit. 20,000 gross per hour, if to be accomplished in the institutes we collaborate with. Otherwise, contact us to arrange for the general expenses (travelling plus possible accommodation expenses for our information specialists).

Rates for complex searches

Consultation fee of Lit. 200,000 gross per day (including the transcription service, if necessary) if to be accomplished in the institutes we collaborate with. Otherwise, contact us to arrange for the general expenses (travelling plus possible accommodation expenses for our information specialists).

However, we are aware that searches to be accomplished in archives often need a first phase of evaluation, in which one evaluates the percentage of success of the search. When necessary, our experts can accomplish the evaluation for a fee of Lit. 35,000 gross per hour.

Rates for translation service

The translation fee is Lit. 55,000 gross per sheet (2000 characters) for documents written in old Venetian, Latin to be translated into current Italian. An abstract in English of the document content will also be provided for a fee of Lit. 50,000 gross.

Rates for transcription service

The transcription fee is Lit. 70,000 gross per sheet (2000 characters) for documents written in old Venetian, Latin. For complex searches the transcription of the documents is for free.

Rates for reproductions

The rates will vary according to the use of the reproductions and according to the institution the reproduction is requested from. Choose the institute and check the rules:
