Our services
What we offer
- If you cannot personally visit the institutes
we collaborate with or if you prefer to entrust some specialist to perform
archival and bibliographic searches for you in these same institutes, then
you can use our search on demand service: our
information specialists will accomplish in-depth inquiries tailored to meet
your needs, or simply retrieve the materials you ask for.
- If you are looking for reproductions --either photocopies, print
or digital reproductions-- of materials preserved in the institutes
we collaborate with, then contact our document reproduction
service: we can offer you a whole variety of solutions, ranging from photocopies
of recent journal articles to poster-size, high-quality photographs of ancient
cartographic materials or manuscripts. Copyright
law restrictions apply.
- Our document delivery service can
supply you with the reproductions you requested or with the results of the
bibliographic or documentary searches you commissioned to our information
services.
- When searching for and through old manuscripts, it becomes often
necessary and useful to transcribe the textual contents of the document:
our transcription service will transcribe for you documents in old Venetian,
Latin and old German. To request such service, check it out when filling
in the form for a guided search (remember that with complex searches, the
transcription is included in the general price). See the search
on demand service page first.
- Although at the moment our translation service is addressed to
Italian- and German-speaking customers, we can provide abstracts in English
of the documents selected by the user that are written in old Venetian,
Latin and old German. To request a translation or the abstract in English,
check it out in the form for guided or complex searches. See the search
on demand service service page first.

agreements for this initiative are:
On request, we can extend our services
